Hi, I’m Chris, a Wordpress designer based in Atlanta, GA.  I accidentally got started using Wordpress while building my unique online Insurance Agency: Atlanta Insurance Live!

My freelance design business can be found at theChrisJordan, my personal website.  I’ll soon upload a diverse project portfolio there as well.  I live and die by the Thesis theme from Chris Pearson.  I’m not sure why everyone isn’t using it… anyway, back to my story; I’ll soon have an actual company website launched to pose as the hub of my freelance business.

My skill set is primarily in CSS and I enjoys solving the puzzles that web design projects tend to present.  I’m also proficient in XHTML but prefer to work with CMS’ because of the ease of use the end product presents to the client.  I’m currently learning PHP and have MONSTER plans for 2010!  These plans involve design projects and a start up that may very well change the face of the insurance industry… on Wordpress, of course.

My name is Andrew Norcross, (we’ll just go with “Norcross” from now on, if that’s OK). I’m a Wordpress ninja, freelance web developer, IT consultant, student, husband, father, and overall regular geek-for-hire. I currently live in St. Petersburg, Florida, with my kick-ass wife and rock and roll son.

I am what is referred to in the scientific community as a “geek” or a “nerd”, which I am more than OK with. I’ve been that way since I was a kid, so why bother fighting it? In fact, I am such a geek that I’ve begun a technology focused blog called RegularTech where I am trying to break down some of the technology issues and problems that face business professionals, entrepreneurs , small business owners, and average regular people on a day to day basis. I truly believe that computers are tools to get a job done.

Because I clearly don’t have enough on my plate with working full time, going to school at night, and being a husband and father, I have a small computer services and web design company called Reboot Computer Services with my partner in crime Heathen Life We focus on hardware upgrades, software configuration, network troubleshooting, and website design.

I maintain a blog called Restless Like Me where I discuss certain issues that I find relevant and worth the conversation, mainly politics, economics, and generational issues. For what it’s worth, I’m somewhat of a leftist in terms of my political beliefs, and take issue with those who feel that social and economic class dictates opportunity. While I’ve been accused of being a socialist, but I just think we should do a bit more to help each other.

Beyond all that boring stuff, I’m just your average everyday guy. I’ve got a very loving and understanding wife, a son that rocks more than anything I’ve ever seen, and a great family around me. I’ve been known to jam out to some punk rock, enjoy a cigar and a nice coffee, BBQ with friends, or just relax watching a baseball game. I still get tattoo’d when the time (and money) allows, and after all is said and done, I’m here to do what everyone else is doing. Try to get a little bit better, move a little bit farther, and help some people along the way.

I also have one of the coolest kids that has ever existed. Seriously. He’s that awesome. He gets it from his old man. I mean, look at him.

I dare you to show me a cuter kid who (a) likes James Brown, (b) high-fives at any given opportunity, and (c) has a cooler name than he does (Cash).

I am the owner of Victory Blog Designs a small start up Blog design company that focuses on WordPress sites. I use the Thesis theme mostly because it is an amazing framework that gives me the freedom to customize anyway that I would like.

I have been working on wordpress sites for quite some time. I just recently started Victory Blog Designs but I have been working for a marketing firm in Phoenix called Brandwithin. That is where I learned a majority of my WordPress skills as well as marketing skills in general. I have done quite a few customizations for them as well as their current site design. I work with Daniel, a designer from SOS media and together we can turn your blog into something to be envious of.

Aaron is a Phoenix, AZ based developer/entrepreneur with 10 years experience in web design and development. In 2006 he founded Xavisys, a web design and development firm, and has been working with WordPress ever since. After working on many custom WordPress sites (of all sizes), he has a unique ability to be able to build a WordPress site that meets and exceeds his clients’ expectations.

He also enjoys giving back to the community. Anyone who uses WordPress has Aaron to thank for some of it’s stability as well as some of the features and functionality. In addition, he has released plenty of free WordPress plugins and even has a support forum where users can get help with his plugins or even their general WordPress related problems.
