Aaron is a Phoenix, AZ based developer/entrepreneur with 10 years experience in web design and development. In 2006 he founded Xavisys, a web design and development firm, and has been working with WordPress ever since. After working on many custom WordPress sites (of all sizes), he has a unique ability to be able to build a WordPress site that meets and exceeds his clients’ expectations.

He also enjoys giving back to the community. Anyone who uses WordPress has Aaron to thank for some of it’s stability as well as some of the features and functionality. In addition, he has released plenty of free WordPress plugins and even has a support forum where users can get help with his plugins or even their general WordPress related problems.

Brandon Dove has been developing websites for over ten years. He started as an intern for a bloated dot com in the late 90s and is currently a co-founder of the Orange County based web design and development firm, Pixel Jar. Brandon spends most of his days hanging out with his two children and his nights working the graveyard shift. He has been developing websites with WordPress since version 1.5 and is now fully entrenched in the latest release. With a background in design, he specializes in creating custom themes with unique functionality for his clients. When he’s not coding or pixel pushing, he enjoys surfing, trips to the park and burritos.

Orange County WordCamp

Building web-sites using Wordpress was the best development decision I’ve ever made! When I’m not coding a new theme, I’m either designing layouts in Photoshop or installing yet another Wordpress blog!

I also like to give back to the community. I run a blog over at www.cozmoslabs.com where I write articles about Wordpress, the Thematic Theme Framework and multilingual websites.

Another way of adding value to the Wordpress community is by releasing Free Wordpress Child Themes for Thematic. There are five so far but I have plans for more!

A team can achive so much more. With this in mind I’ve started a small web-design shop here in Romania, Reflection Media. Most of our projects are Wordpress based and we’ve helped with the Romanian translation of Wordpress since version 2.7.

I’m also an addict. My addiction to the Internet started in the early 1990’s when a fellow employee at the pizza joint invited me over to get on the BBS (Bulletin Board System).
