I am a web and millennial strategist, which means I help small businesses and individuals market themselves more effectively.  My company, WTF!? Marketing – creates amazing end-to-end website designs in WordPress for awesome businesses.  I’m a web designer and social media nut; my specialty is creative ideas. I blog, I podcast, I videocast, I network online, I create communities, and I write compelling content.

WordPress is my FAVORITE tool to use to help people express themselves.  I love custom themeing, blogging, plugin design, and working in the guts of WordPress itself.

I love to teach – I created the Fort Collins Digital Gunslingers to provide free and low-cost classes on social media concepts and tools.  I also created the Northern Colorado Millennials group to focus on millennial management.

I won the FBLA award for Best Website Design in Colorado in both years I competed, first and second place respectively.  I worked as an award-winning 90.5 FM KCSU DJ under the name of St. Nick.  I created “Two Chicks and Nick” – winner of a first-place Colorado Society of Professional Journalism award and hailed as the Best New Talk Show of 2005.

My hobbies include Psychotic Resumes, a blog and podcast that serves as a survival guide for Millennial and Gen-X business professionals.  I’m also co-founder of Giant Gnome Productions, an audio production group that creates podcast audio drama in the style of old radio shows like The Shadow.  I write and produce the highly-acclaimed and 5-star rated Star Trek: Dimensions.  Both Psychotic Resumes and Star Trek: Dimensions can be downloaded from iTunes.  I am working on writing a series of eBooks on millennials and millennial management and online reputation management using social media.

Since 2003 his agency W3 EDGE has assisted startups and brands like: CVS Pharmacy, Hyatt, Kodak, Microsoft, Sanyo, Sherwin Williams, Southwest Airlines, Staples, Sony, R.E.I., Weight Watchers, Yahoo and others. W3 EDGE’s suite of services include: social / search marketing, WordPress development, web site optimization and creative services. A serial web entrepreneur, one of Frederick’s latest projects was W3 MARKUP. Quickly rising to the #2 web site production outsourcing services in 2008, W3 MARKUP was so disruptive it was acquired by the market leader after 11 short months.

In 1995, Nola Cooper decided to put her lifetime of creativity to work and started her own business! Having studied art, marketing, and customer service, she brings a unique perspective to the Graphic Design arena.   Nola creates custom/unique WordPress themes, and develops WordPress websites to the exact specifications of her clients, and helps them to utilize every option when it comes to creating and maintaining the perfect website/blog combination.

Nola typically designs a WordPress theme in Photoshop, and then converts the PSD by writing a theme from scratch.  She is proficient in php, and is very comfortable with changing all aspects of code, and with adding code for functionality outside of the norm.
